Need help with your MacConnect account? There are a few ways to get it.
- Check our online knowledgebase. The knowledgebase contains answers to the most frequently asked questions about the services we provide.
- Log in and open a support ticket. You can log in to our online account management and support portal to open a support ticket, update your account information, change your billing and payment info, or submit a service cancellation request.
- Email us! You may send email to support at macconnect dot com for technical support issues, or billing at macconnect dot com for invoice, billing and payment questions. Please note that your email must come from an email address we recognize in order for us to open a support request for you.
- Call us! In a pinch, you can call us at (646)481-1860. We may not be available to answer every call, but we do return every call so please leave us a message.
